  We like the buy 2 pizzas for $5.99 each carryout deal on weeknights. They are always hot and ready in 15 minutes from the time the online order is placed. I wish that they had a better Gluten free pizza. But, the Gluten Free Pizza that they offer taste like cardboard and, they do not promise that it will be completely Gluten Free. It's a high chance of having a contaminated pizza. They shouldn't even offer the Gluten free pizza at all. But, my family loves their regular pizzas.

  I have never had a problem with this location until tonight. I always buy pickup online as this location is right down the street. For some reason tonight, the onllne report showed Justin taking and making the order. When the website showed my order ready, I drove down to pick it up. I was told that the order had not been started. I waited in my car and then went inside after an appropriate time to pick the order up. Justin was at the counter and I asked him about the system. I told him that it showed that he made the order and placed in the oven. He said he didn't know anything about it and he wasn't working the line. He stated that they order just goes into the computer automatically. I am not familiar with how your system works but something about that doesn't seem like the truth. Anyway, I know something happened out of the normal so I will continue using this location unless this becomes the normal. I am not looking for a discount but just an explanation. Thanking you in advance for your assistance in this matter.
